Having played several roles from being a consultant to entrepreneur at Technlogy1, Dr. Roy is a mentor, motivator, strategist and a philosopher. With his vision and leadership, Technlogy1 today has brand image globally. Being the founder of Technlogy1, he is the visionary behind organizational and customer success, and firmly believes in the idea of constant evolution. Under his guidance, today Technlogy1 is one of the fastest growing organization in Application Development, Modernization, Services Management and Support Services Globally. Dr. Roy love music composition and love to spend his free time with family.

Bhushan Kumar

Chief Operating Officer(COO)

Bhushan joined Technlogy1 in Jan 2019 as Chief Operating Officer. Bhushan is responsible for managing the entire global delivery operations for Technlogy1. Bhushan is a highly accomplished global executive with over 25+ years of experience in the IT services industry. Bhushan has successfully delivered complex projects in diverse industry verticals to global clients in North America, Asia Pac and Europe. Bhushan comes with deep expertise and experience in managing large diverse teams both onsite and offshore, managing CxO level relationships, P&L management, vendor management, capacity management and technical delivery management.

As the CTO and a key member of the Executive Team, Mr. Verma leads the global Technology & Business Development. A Strategic and Innovative Enterprise Technology Leader, with 16+ years of diversified experience, recognized for driving aggressive growth, uncovering untapped potential and executing transformational change. He is a result-oriented Leader focused on discovering and leveraging the best in every member of the team, building strong partnerships, and achieving customer delight.
